This Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") is made between you, the user of this Site (as defined herein), whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("You") and FZEX Enterprise and its affiliated companies, websites, applications, and tools (collectively known as "Company"), concerning your access to and use of the website, https://www.fzxpos.com, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site") constitute a legally binding agreement.
By accessing the Site, creating an account/trial account, using and/or subscribing to the service provided under the Site or the Company, You agree that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of this Terms of Use. If You do not agree with all or any part of this Terms of Use, then You are expressly prohibited from using or accessing the Site including any service provided in this Site and You must discontinue use and leave the Site immediately.

You are granted a non-exclusive limited license to access and use the Site, information, and Services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

In consideration of you paying the Subscription Fees, the Company shall provide you the Services pursuant to this Terms of Use. You acknowledge that the Service provided is non-exclusive.
The Subscription Fees paid shall expire in accordance with the period you subscribed ("Term"). You shall renew your subscription prior to expiry. Failure to renew will result in termination of Services. Subscription Fees are non-refundable.
